You must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to return to a purchase. Please call the Customer Service Team (Monday to Friday 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.). We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery to receive refund/credit/exchange.
Orders returned with a RAN will be processed within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment. Please allow up to four (4) weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of refund and allow up to two (2) billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If for any reason GlobalWellness Limited does not receive your returned package, you must provide us with the proof of postage to enable us to issue a refund/exchange. Again we suggest that you ship by an insured courier/delivery service.
In the unlikely event that your order is not received or you receive a damage or defective product, GlobalWellness Limited will promptly send you a replacement, provided you contact us within 15 days on following address :
